Chest Update Beta is over?

I just went to play some MCSG and noticed that the Chest Update is gone. Is it because of the maintenance or is the beta over? I have only played on the beta servers since they came down and got the excitement back to this game and I really love the beta, but today I got bored again from having full iron from corn and diamond sword two minutes later and didn't feel like playing anymore

So I'm wondering what is going to happen now. Are we back to the old chest for good or is the beta over and the update is coming on later?

I'm sorry if this has been said elsewhere but i just couldn't find the information anywhere..

I don't know, I posted a thread with a similar question. Maybe it is just bugged and not on the servers, as Devin did kinda screw some stuff up, but it will get fixed. If it was meant to be taken off the servers, they are either scrapping it, or editing it and are going to implement it to all the servers later.

Did this just recently happen, because it seemed like V2 chest when I played yesterday and this morning (Europe time)? And are the tier 3 chests there? I really loved the beta and I hope it is similar. In my opinion V2 chests are too OP and i would like a little more challenge

There is definitely no sign of the v1 chests. It is not a mix, clearly.

Well, according to the devs, there has been no change in the chests, so it was probably just my luck in finding chests.
