Chill out on saying GG.

Its really annoying everytime I die to see someone say gg,I understand its suppose to show good sportmenship,but people use it to rub it in there face now.I dont mind it at the end of a game of a close battle,but when you just destroy a helpless target,theres no need to say it.

Fair 1v1 = "GG"
Getting teamed on, tryharded, or killed by a guy with far better stuff than you = Silence
Simple as that.

I never say "GG" unless I kill a friend or well know community member in a close 1v1.
I do say it after every win however. But that's to everyone who was in the game, not the person I just killed.

I get extremely ticked off when I get tryharded off spawn and then the person says gg. Its even worse if its a team that tryhards you. The only time I see saying gg as acceptable is either at the end of a game or in a very close fight/fair 1v1.

Agreed, if I have hardly anything and I get teamed on by two people with full iron and they say gg after they kill me, it really upsets me. I don't care if its after a close battle where the killer only has 1-2 hearts left, or and the end of a game.

What's worse is people or teams saying #Owned or "Get good, noob" after try-Harding you.

What it's meant to mean: Good Game! I had a great time fighting you, and hope to do it again!

What most people think it means: Haha, I killed you, which means I'm better, especially because I chased you off the start and fisted you to death ;]

When it's meant to be said: After a great, fair battle, or final battle, thanking everyone who competed.

When most people think it should be said: After fisting, try-Harding, or winning an unfair, or overpowered battle

GG is used a lot, but sadly, half the time, it's used for all the wrong reasons c:

When I get triple teamed on, they say "gg" when they kill me and I'm like

This is something that still to this day tilts me. I keep a mental note of the people who have killed me and said GG to me after they double teamed, tag teamed, or beat me in a terribly lopsided fight, and if I ever see them again and do the same, I shove it right back at them. Well deserved.

This is what I do,If you don't do anything to me or my freinds I will show respect,but if I truly believe it was a good fight I say:I honestly,Good Fight.Im glad I'm not the only one finding this disrespectful,hopefully people will understand that.

I dont remember saying gg. Ever
