Connecting to a server

How exactly am i suppose to be able to do this? Ive tried connecting to a friend of mine server, but it keeps timing out and not being able to connect. Any help is appreciated.

I don't quite understand what server are you trying to join? Is it the MCSG servers or something else?

The MCSG servers would be nice. Ive just been unable to connect to any server period

Why are you unable to connect to any other server? Have you bought a premium minecraft account?

Premium? I paid for the full version yeah. I just have no idea where the ip addresses are on the server page here. I had a buddys server ip address, but was just never able to connect to it. Im sorry, just no real clue on how to get anything up and running

Welp, now the problem is i can see the servers and theres a few of them with like 1 bar on them. Connection keeps timing out though.

Send a screenshot by pressing f2 when you try to log on. And please to avoid double posting. I know you're probaly new to minecraft in general, but I'd read the in-game and forum rules first. Hope I helped! - Johnny
