So recently I've been getting the glitch without winning, and even when I die with no weapon off spawn. I have no idea how I get it, but it really cheeses me off, and I have to say "Sorry, didn't realise I had the glitch" in chat when I kill someone accidentally.

What I want to know is how it carries over from game to game without winning. My understanding was, you win a game, join the same server, and you have it. Or pre-sword removal, you joined, took a sword, left and rejoined. I thought that once you held a weapon in your hand, the glitch disappeared. Apparently not.

TL;DR: Keep getting glitch, wanna know why.

I am actually going to lock this thread seeming as this question has been answered so many times D:
All I can say is that the glitch will be fixed as soon as the next update comes out, there isn't really much anyone can do at this stage seeming as it is a Mojang issue. I can't actually tell you how you're getting it, otherwise people will constantly abuse it.
