Diamond Fists, proposed fix

This is regarding the diamond fists.
From what I've read from another member;



So how does the Glitch works, you may ask. It's simple. If you win a game with a Diamond Sword, example in "US12", when you rejoin the same lobby, you're stuck with the glitch.

Therefore, your fist is acting as if there's an invisible Diamond Sword. Hitting people off Cornucopia with the glitch might be fun but it's a glitch that MCSG has to look into.




I would think, if this is true, that making sure people can't join the same server twice in a row should fix the problem. This glitch is really sucking the fun out of the server, and everyone finds it really annoying. Please see if this fix is possible, and/or works.

This has been said countless of times, it's not mcsg's fault, it's minecraft and when 1.7 comes out it should be fixed. And if you want to help, simply record them abusing the glitch (getting a weapon but not using it) and post it on somewhere and report them here : http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/report-abuse/

I believe it doesn't matter if you join the server twice in a row, as long as you rejoin that server ever again, you will have the glitch. The most effective way to get rid of a majority of the glitch would be to remove the iron swords from the lobby, as a lot of people leave with the sword in their hand and then rejoin so they have the iron first glitch.

Maybe the server can clear your inventory after you have won? That could be a way to prevent the Diamond fist glitch?

Do NOT intentionally use the fist glitch under any circumstances. Even against others using it. If someone was hacking so you hacked to get even with them, you would be punished. Or if you murdered someone because they murdered your friend IRL; you would still face prison time. It's the same with the fist glitch.

As a few moderators said yesterday, It's going to be fixxed in 1.7 probably. So just sit tight till 1.7 comes out.

You don't get the glitch from finishing a game with a sword. I don't know why people think that's how it works, but my brother and me tested it, and found the glitch to be mostly random...

Well you tested it wrong... And it isn't random. I won't say it out loud how it's done, but if you want to learn more then tell me, I'm going to private message you exactly how it happens. You shall not use it.
