Diamond Fists?

This isn't the first time its happened to me, but I was playing MCSG and I got killed at spawn by people who killed me in 3 hits with there fists, two games in a row. Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

Hopefully mojang fixes this in the next update, for now just be patient.
