Hey there, welcome to my thread! and today im going to talk about the update that makes us back to the 1.7 version!

Update? What r you talking about m8? >

- Well MCGamer just updated to back to 1.7 version again, because everybody in the community was complaining about weird hits ,weird combos ,etc in the 1.8 version .so our developer Devin decided to change our server back to 1.7 again!

What about people who still want to play in 1.8 version? >​

- Everyone can still connect with the 1.8 version!

Then why you make this thread if everyone is happy?? >

- first of all, thank you for Chad to make this server and community. it means so much for me to be in community and talk with some peoples. and thanks for our developer to hear our ideas and makes updates happen. but from my research theres some good news and bad news.

Good news
> Yes no weird knockback, and blockhit back! yes,finally! and for some people 1.8 is lagging, now 1.7 is back then lag be gonneee. also the developers want to make SG:Solo happen!

Bad news/Bugs
> Ok start of with the 1.8 user. for some people that still playing with 1.8, you will wondering why the further hit from 1.8 not working? in 1.8 we can hit further than the 1.7 version. but since the server based on the 1.7 version, its not working.

>The lag! some people have been saying "its very laggin in 1.7. i hope in 1.8 its not lagging" and its connection lag not FPS lag. maybe theres some kind of problem because its 1.8 and 1.7 compatibility.

>Well this is base on my experience. when we do /hub from a server (example : MCSG) and we stay at slot 1 while in lobby, i cant click the compass except if i change the slot to another slot and change it back. remember : its base on my experience, so if your not experiencing this,then dont get mad at the comments!

>Because we back to 1.7,then we say welcome to the hackers.Yep, alot of people is cheating again with hack clients because alot of hack client is 1.7 compatible only..

>Map for 1.8? Nooo!!!Yep, some people is making a map with some 1.8 features. but since its based from 1.7 version, the blocks not gonna work..

I would really disagree with you, Because the 1.7 Version PvP Dynamics are better. So that gives us better experience. I am sure the mods are going to get all the hackers. I really like it that they took it down to 1.7.10 or 1.7 .
