Do I use a link to report?

I have several bits of footage showing evidence of hackers playing the survival games. I feel as a player of the survival games it is my duty to help the sg community by helping eradicate the players who use unfair methods of play to give themselves an advantage in-game. However, I can't seem to find a way to post the incriminating videos onto your forums. Would you like for me to post a link to an unlisted youtube video revealing the footage or do you prefer another method?

yes that is exactly what you are supposed to do, and if you see a spammer and you screenshot it, you can upload it to imgur.com
also make sure you post it in the report abuse part of the forum
