SG 4 is something classy. There are limitless memories attached to it. It is themed after an old Russian town. The "train" is probably the Trans-Siberian Railway. I would estimate that 300-500 years of human life have been spent playing that little map. The nostalgia attached to it is too much to ever leave. Breeze Island is the same. It remains the most played map of all time. There are enough happy memories attached to either map, good times with friends or astounding victories, that we will always have a sweet spot for them. Some things, such as the triple tier two tree in SG 4 may make scar them, but a penny is still a penny no matter how shiny, and a good map is a good map.
We have played both to the point where it has become a chess game. Before the retiering on Breeze Island, it was down to a science. One person would get nearly full iron because of luck at corn. Another person would get decent gear from the wood bridge chest, and another from the wooden box chest nearby. The chest at the top of the broken boat would only be tier two half of the time, but it was still worth going for. Then it was down to who had a fishing rod, who had the most arrows, and whether or not someone could successfully shave the vines at corn. Though a chess game always has the same rules, we never get sick of it. Chess itself is the most played game of all time, and I would estimate that Breeze Island and SG 4 will always be our favorite maps as a community.
