Does anyone know how to make your forum name diamond and have your stats under when u talk

Hey guys me cbrown10 here today I want to know how to get your forum name to be diamond and have your MCSG stats under when you talk or something.

I have Platnium donor and see as you talk there is a vid and your stats under it how do you get that

Your signature's under your post. You can edit it when you edit your forum profile.

Also, that isn't a video in my signature. It's a .GIF image.
