Donation Issues

Hello Survival Games Administrators,

I've been having a lot of trouble with the way the donation system is set up. It seems like whenever I can get my friend and I to join, one of us gets kicked after waiting a good three minutes in the lobby. We're almost the first ones to join yet we still get kicked. Maybe so many donators are coming in that it kicks out everyone I'm not sure, but I have a really hard time getting into games without having to be kicked at the last 30 seconds. I feel it would be much better if 5-10 slots were reserved for donators and at the last minute opened up to everybody. I don't have the money (this probably goes for most of the community) to donate and I feel it’s too much for just a month of access. You have to remember a lot of your players are not adults who can pay freely but are kids who can't even own a credit card or a Paypal account. For example, just today I was the first person to join the server. However, by the time the lobby was about to end I got kicked along with everyone who isn't a donator. That would make the entire lobby a completely donator filled lobby. I just don’t think this is completely fair to everyone else who just wants to play occasionally for a bit of fun. I really hope you take my thoughts into consideration and help make the game more enjoyable for the community. I look forward to hearing a response!

If you can, play on less crowded regions like CA, etc.

Play servers 30-50. The 48 servers are also much easier to join.

If you can, play during off times like morning.

You should try to be one of the first to join the server. If you still get kicked, and that seems to happen sometimes, I suggest you join later server numbers, because these are usually less donator filled meaning more space for you

yeah I had that problem, when I didn't know much about the servers don't join the first servers in the U.S like 1-16 is mostly full with donors, and aren't their like prepaid credit cards or something for the amount you bought it for? and their are 50 servers in us just find one at the higher numbers

Yea, and that idea isn't good (No offense). Donators donate because they want to get in servers for sure. If there are only 5 slots reserved for donators, then they will not like that. Donators should have unlimited slots of reservation, since they donate. I am not a donator, and never was, but you don't see me complaining.

I'm not complaining I am suggesting... I understand that people who pay should have first priority but this is starting to become a pay to play game and I just wanted to bring that to attention that's all...

I have been a non-donor for a combined total of about 9 months, never had a problem.

They do however the lobby becomes so full there's no non-donors left. Meaning any non-donor doesn't get his place in the lobby. That's why I was suggesting Donors get reserved slots instead of kicking players.

If we didnt have donors then mcsg would be at low quality
