There is a dispenser in the village with: 1 chicken, 2 spiders, 2 slimes, 4 zombies and 6 zombie pigmen, usually you would get to lvl 4-5 and sometimes 6 if you're lucky and i also become a little chuck norris and goes to the creeper spawners and fight them you could get infinite levels there, but its of course really dangerous, so its risky
