(1) Ghosting is not fixed. No matter where you are, or how good your internet is, you will ghost. I understand developers have recognised this problem, and they're acting to fix it. Just don't tell lies.

(2) I highly doubt this. This must be some kind of false statistic. How can you be so consistent to ban 400 hackers or more, every day. There aren't enough players to be banned. lol.

(3) You do nothing. Well, a lot of moderators do nothing. They play on the server. Only if they come across a hacker will they take action. Most just sit in TeamSpeak, or the hub, AFK. Going back to my 2nd point, where you stated that you ban, '400 hackers daily' there is video footage of a group of mods, and senior mods jumping about on horses in the MCSG hub. You guys do so much.

(4) If everyone deserves another chance. Why was I banned permanently for my first offence? Should the same rule apply? Why was Mr_Pendle banned for his first offence permanently. 'Everyone deserves a second chance' I haven't been given a second chance, at least not yet, and I'm sure neither have many other people.

If you have a decent reply, or you believe some of the things I've said are wrong, and you can counter them, go ahead. But remember, you're a new moderator, well recent. I'm not even a moderator, and I know more than you do, so go ahead.

compiling all of the regions, approximately 200 bans are dealt every three days (not only hackers, but total.)

This statistic is 100% accurate however it is for all bans not just hackers, did you know that every day we get around 3000 new players?
Also about the "horses video", the video i created was after a large number of the staff had helped update this hub so don't tell me we do nothing.

Please don't make me laugh. You do not get around, '3000' new players. At all. Are you saying, 3000 new players come, and then leave because they get bored? Because to my knowledge the player count for MCSG, is usually around 2500-3000. If your little statistic was correct, and accurate. The player count would rise, wouldn't it? So don't give me that.

If you do so much work, how many players have you banned today?

1) Let's start of with this. We aren't getting as much complaining about ghosting as we did before, we are actually getting good feedback on the lag and ghosting lately saying that it's fixed or it's getting a lot better.

2) You don't believe we do so many bans daily? Believe it or not, we usually make more. You don't know anything about the bans or how this works, so please be quiet on this topic. Stop saying we don't do anything about it. You don't even know how incorrect that is, at this point you're just making this up to make the moderators a bad name and get hate on us. We are the ones who put our free time catching rule breakers to this server a better place to play on for you. You should respect us not disrespect us.

3) Did you just say a lot of moderators do nothing and only play on the servers? Wow. I guess you don't even imagine how much work we have offline from servers and actually helping people out on forums or on team speak. It's not all about the servers.
Why do you think we are on team speak? We have over 400 servers and there is around 116 moderators at the moment. How do you expect us to moderate all the servers at once, not to forget besides the 400 servers we also need to moderate the hubs and the creative. We are on the team speak so we are available for you guys to poke us if you see a rule breaker because we can't catch them all, that's another reason why we have report abuse.
Sr.Mods being in the hub is actually really rare, they only do so when we they have free time and finished their work for the time. As for us, as I said we also need to moderate the hub. Oh well so doing about 110 report abuses daily and usually 450 bans daily, moderating all the servers, hubs, helping people on the forums and helping people via team speak is nothing? Genius.

You know why, don't deny it. Mr_Pendle knows it as well. I also doubt you didn't get any warnings, it had to be a good reason.

Right now, you're making a fool of yourself because you think how this kind of think go and how everything runs. The truth is, you don't know anything.

I might be a new moderator, but I'm in this community for a long time to know how it works, longer than you and I have more experience as you. You're never helpful to people, you always argue with them and you never try to help them. I wouldn't say you know much useful stuff with communities.

As this thread is getting a lot of flame I will lock it. If any of you wish to continue this conversation feel free to make a conversation with me on the forums. Don't make any more threads. Also, think kind of threads are pointless, you don't achieve anything good from it. More bad things than good things.
