Fist glitch.

Well as you know people can still use 'fist glitch' I just wanted to know if it is bannable now or is it still just enough to get kicked from a game?

It really depends. Like blockglitching, if a player has a history of abusing it, they will have a more severe punishment.

As has already been said it is dealt with by kicking the player first time. If they have abused it before then it will move towards bans

It only counts as abuse if the user continuously abuses it after finding out that they have it. But as mentioned above, if the user has abused it multiple times then it is subject to a more a severe punishment.

People should tell a moderator that they have a glitch. Also, I think they should leave the game to simply save them from getting banned/getting a punishment.

1. STOP WITH THESE THREADS. It's a MC programming glitch and will be fixed in 1.7. There's too many threads complaining about the glitch. Yes it's irritating, but do we need 100 threads on this?
2. The way the ban with fist glitch works is if somebody has proof that somebody is deliberately using the glitch then they get a warning. (Proof is a video.) If the video proves they were deliberately using the fist glitch they get a warning. If they get a second warning because of the fist glitch then it becomes a ban.

1. Block glitching
2. Breaking boats as a spectator
3. Leaving the map

Yes, Note that you can get banned for abusing the glitch, whilst; if you hit a player, and you accidentally killed him/her, it will be taken into consideration if you get reported. Ofc, the mods have a certain understanding that this is a bug. So, in conclusion; Yes you can get banned if you abuse it.
