If you just make bug report on the github https://github.com/MCGamerNetwork/Issues and actually explain this bug in detail possibly with screenshots/a video then the developers will be aware of it and eventually fix it.

If you find a bug you can report it in one of two places, our Github or report it to a higher level staff member.

To report it to a higher level staff member feel free to head onto our teamspeak (ts.mcgamer.net) or PM a staff member here on the forums about the bug. You can also use the Github which the developers are very active on and can get to your issue right away.

I'm pretty sure the bug he's referring to is the bug in which your sword is stuck blocking server side but not client side, so you'll go to attack someone but can't because your sword is stuck blocking

I'm almost 100% sure this is a Mojang glitch with certain items but you really need to report all this on GitHub, it's where the developers go to check bugs in need of fixing.
