Gold Donor Glitch.

I'm not sure what topic this falls under, but I recently purchased Gold donor, about a week ago, and I still have Gold donor on my signature, but today my donor just disappeared. I played $25 dollars for 3 Months of donor, but it just ran out in a matter of a week. Who should I contact to get it back?
(The same thing happened to Rivalize too.)

Anyways, for future reference, where should topics like these be put under? Report abuse?
