Has this happened to anyone?

I was playing in AU1, so I got a stone axe and 3 iron ingots.

I was holding my axe then it suddenly disappeared, along with my 3 ingots.
( no, I didn't get them from corn I got them from a normal chest and I was alone with nobody next to me )

And whenever I ate something, it sometimes would just disappear not giving me any of those hunger bars...

I think if you take items from chests too fast, it might look like its in your inventory but it isn't.. I'm not 100% sure that's it but we have anything else to explain that with...

This hasn't happened to me, but I know what your talking about. You may not think your lagging but you are. It's a sudden lag spike, where you game doesn't understand what's going on. So you may eat the food, get the hunger bars, then lose them in 10-15 seconds. If this happens to you again, then just don't eat for a minute at least. Now with your Axe and Iron ingot problem, it's the same thing. Try re-looking in the chest, and Chuck Testa might of put it back. Hope this helped.

Same thing happened to me, I had a stone sword from a chest and I rushed this guy with no armour. I hit him six times and he still didn't die. After the match he told me I wasn't holding a weapon, but for me I was holding a sword and the sword even took durability. Im pretty sure this is related to your problem

yes its basically you have server lag and therefore when you take the items the server doesnt realize it and it will then "take back" the items as the server never actually registered you as taking the items

This is also another problem. You did hit him with a stone sword, and he should of took the damage. This is another issue lag related. He didn't take the damage though, because he lagged himself out of the hit. If that happens again, try running away. Maybe a Bow would help.

Turned out it was probably a lag spike or something and I didn't notice.

Chuck Testa didn't put them back in BTW, it didn't say that.

No, the thing was it looked like I was holding a weapon but when they saw it it was just fists. When you try moving your sword into another inventory slot it'll disappear.

Its a glitch, I think the devs is already aware of it.
