Please help anytime I type in a Survival Games server it say "unknown host (ip of server here)"
Why is this happening!

Its a bug with the custom Bukkit build. You'll have to wait for an official Bukkit build or hope that it works.
(Its an on-off bug, which means sometimes it goes derpy and sometimes it goes normal)

And to just add on to that, bukkit aren't far away from releasing a nice stable build. The recently released a "Beta" build which is between "Dev" build and "Recommended" build. It still contains bugs, but it is almost stable.

I found out that if you do this http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/cant-resolve-hostname-fix.17539/page-2#post-142814 for this problem it will work...Or maybe since you said its an on/off bug it will sometimes work maybe it just happened to work after doing this
