How can we see which servers are in lobby?

Since the update, now all I see is "2350/10000" ect on all the servers, they're all named the same, now I can't see which ones are in lobby, which ones are playing nor which ones are restarting. How am I supposed to know which one to join now? Randomly click throughout the 100+ list until I find one that isn't already started? How do I join this "lobby" and find a server from there?

Mcsg now has a hub. Just join the hub and then you can join an individual server from there
