How can you tell when someone is macroing?

It's very hard to do. Heck, even saying "I use macros" isn't normally sufficient due to the amount of types of macros there are.

I think the only way to see it is to see how consistently they do it, e.g. measuring the time taken every time they hit the button. However, that is in no way practical, and it's not enough proof. In other words, it's impossible to tell.

I don't see why people use certain macros. They hardly do anything (especially CPS macros) and you still get banned for them. Oh well, more bans 4 me ;DDDdDDddD

It's not detectable, it's simply the same as someone who is really good with for example FnS, but then they never make a mistake duo the macro.
