I'm gonna be honest, I don't see how Treacherous Heights isn't being added....I know that's biased since I helped make it but it is loved on the forums.... No disrespect meant anywhere here
it really does look like a good map, I hope they add it eventually

First of all, as a general PSA, please refrain from posting these threads. While they can include valuable information, they almost always turn into a "Hive versus MCSG" cage fight.

Now, for my actual thoughts~

I've heard just about every side of the story, and in conclusion, I think Teweran and Vareide have their reasons, and rights to place the maps wherever they want, and restrict them wherever they want. They are their own individual build team, and will make their own individual decisions.

Team Variede creates Hive maps for obvious reasons; Vareide owns the Hive, and that's his build team. The Vareide argument is a bit like beating a dead horse, simply because I don't think we'll get anywhere. With the Hive as it's own server, why would they release a map to competitor? When it comes down to it, it's business as usual; trying to stay one step ahead of your opponent.
The odds of getting Vareide maps are quite honestly slim to none. As unfortunate as losing those incredible maps is, there isn't much we can do.

Team Teweran on the other hand, provokes a pretty large Disscussion, and numerous disagreements.
I absolutely love the Teweran maps, and when I first heard they were no longer releasing/delaying the release of the Teweran maps to MCSG, I was shocked and disappointed. I dug deeper into the story, looking for an explanation, and came up with an answer.
I literally sat and thought this over for 15 minutes. The story has incredible arguments from both sides, each proving a great point, and for me at least, made it incredibly hard to 'take a side'.
I've come up with an opinion, ultimately supporting one side, MCSG, but I still believe some of the points Teweran proves are certainly legitimate.

The story behind the dispute that caused Teweran to leave, is in my opinion personal, and I'll keep it out of this thread. A quick summary, just so this makes sense, is that Teweran wanted, and believed they deserved MCSG VIP. Chad thought otherwise, and didn't provide them with such. They were upset and felt a lack of respect, thus, leaving.

Teweran asked for VIP because they felt they deserved it. Sure, they made some amazing maps, but when you consider Team Vareide making 5 maps and receiving VIP, versus 2 maps for VIP, I can see some reasoning behind Chad's decision.
Teweran ultimately wanted respect, and acknowledgment, which they felt denied after being rejected VIP. I can see where they're coming from, but the sheer respect they receive from the community, is in my opinion more than enough to overcome that. We've all seen someone say "Vote 4! Teweran is amazing!", or just praise Teweran in general, be it on the servers, or the forums. All this respect from the community really adds up, and from my point of view, makes up for the 'lack' of it Teweran pointed out.

As stated before, I don't want to get to into this whole "Teweran is right!" or "Teweran is wrong", so I'll just leave it where it is.
The ultimate thing to remember is that it's the teams decision. While we can plead for them back, there's nothing drastic we can really do to change their decisions.

Finally, we have some amazing community build teams, or just single builders who have produced amazing maps for the servers.
A few of those amazing maps will be added in later I heard ;)

TL;DR~ The ultimate thing to remember is that it's the teams decision. While we can plead for them back, there's nothing drastic we can really do to change their decisions

I
the mod is more laid back than the forumer :p
I've seen literally hundreds of people posting their opinion about the hive and anything related. Trust me when I say there is NOTHING else ANYONE can say that I haven't already seen. It's just repeating what someone has already said now

Lock them all in a room and threaten to beat them to death with a wet noodle, until they give in and come back to MCSG.

It's full-proof.
Full proof? So it won't get full?

*Fool proof my young spelling padawan.
