How would I go about making a hunger games map for this server?

Typically you make a map, post about it on the forums, and hope it gets accepted.

Hopefully somebody can describe it better than I can.

Its easier to make a map with more then 1 person and have a server to work on.

If you wanted to have a map published on the servers then you would have to build it and upload the save to a safe, secure location which people can download it from. After this, you should make a post on the 'Map Downloads and Discussions' with the name of your map, screenshots and details. If there is enough interest in the map and positive reviews then it may attract the attention of Moderators and Senior Moderators and it may be implemented into the game. I think this is how the system works.
