Taking breaks is probably the best thing you could do. If you really love the community and don't want to leave it be more active on the forums, help out others; meet new people, new friends. Hop on to the Teamspeak, I'm not one who goes on it much but from the looks of it that's where many friends were made. And if you don't wish to do any of that just leave the community completely for whole month, play others gamemodes or other games in general. Don't strain yourself over this one game, it's not worth it. At the end of the day you'll soon leave.

Take some deep breaths, relax for a while, do something off of your computer that's low-stress.

Sweetie, that's not depression. Being depressed is severe despondency and dejection, typically felt over a period of time and accompanied by feelings of hopelessness and inadequacy. What you're feeling is crestfallen and annoyance. Maybe when you lose, you get sad. What do you do to prevent that? Play less often. But getting "depressed" over a game, seems kind of ridiculous to me, considering there are people out there who are depressed for, say, losing a loved one, or maybe something worse than that. Just try to keep your spirits up about it, okay? Don't let a video game get you down. If you need to, then take a break from it. Go outside and get some fresh air, take a walk, do something that'll get it off of your mind.

You're not depressed, you're just sad. There's a large difference in-between the two.

I recommend you stop playing on the servers if it seriously makes you feel that bad.

If you're getting depressed over a video game, you are spending too much time on it. Being a Moderator wont make it any better. Remember, not everyone is fit for the job. Prove yourself worthy, then you will be considered. Also remember; Quality > Quantity when applying.

Just take breaks. Don't let yourself get stressed out over the game. If you are on losing streaks, go outside and do things with friends and stuff! It'll get better c:
What are friends..? And what is this "outside" world you speak of. It sounds like an ugly place D:
