Also, I do not believe screenshots are sufficient evidence as it might look like they were flying but they really just jumped off a cliff or you are glitching.

As said previously, if you see a hacker, make an abuse report here: www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/Report-Abuse

Due to the nature of the offense, video evidence is required in order to make a sound judgement or these types of reports. However, if you do not have any video of this person, I personally wouldn't bother making a report for this specific case. If you every see any other hackers, and record video, please don't hesitate to create an abuse report.
