Icarus re-tiering??

As many of you may know, there is a route on Icarus that has a 6 TIER 2's and ONE double Tier 2!! So many people go this way(Me included ) I am suggesting a re-tiering of this map. Just like Avaricia, that route had 7 tier 2's I believe. If that can get tiered different, why not Icarus? What are your guys thoughts on this? Thank you

I think a lot of maps on MCSG should be re-tiered. I agree, Icarus needs to be re-tiered, but only after breeze...

They killed Avaricia. I quit if they kill Icarus..

It seems like they just change tier 2s to tier1s, they should balance it out if you ask me.

okay. first off, while that is a very popular route on Icarus, its not the only existing one. The map creator made 4 distinct routes which could be taken. the only reason that the specific route is so popular is because it was shown in a video and people don't want to look for other chests. Second, while it may need a re-tier in your eyes, other maps are more important for doing such (breeze 2 is literally all tier 1, even the corn, and avaricia is nearly tier 2less. not to mention breeze 1's cornucopia and general lack of tier 2s).Icarus is fine as is.

there are 2 other good routes that ive found already. I don't even usually take the route you talk about and I win 90% of games on Icarus. again, one good route doesn't justify an entire retier

But seriously, it's not like the map isn't fair. There are an abundance of tier 2's, allowing everyone to get stacked fairly quickly, or die trying. It's not like every other map where whoever gets the only OP chest wins.

The main reason for why the tiers are how they are is because each of the four main exits from the cornucopia have a relatively equal amount of tier two chests in the immediate vicinity. Therefore, it is all balanced no matter which route you take. As long as you know where to look
