Tsg 3 or Tsg 2 would be alright, loads of shelter in Tsg 3 and it's really modern

Destiny's Shiver for sure. There's so much to explore on that map.

I don't want to sound mean, but Valleyside University is actually the most depressing map I know, mainly because of all the stone/ brick buildings and the stone/ brick cornucopia.
