I'm Being Accused of Being a Hacker Because of a Glitch

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right section, but I figured I should post this here. So I was playing Solar Frost, and I could move freely but no one else could before the game started. When the game started, it said I was a spec, but everyone could see me. No one could hit me and i couldn't open chests or I would teleport. Everybody accused me of being a hacker but I swear I'm not. I'm worried that I'm going to be banned or lose my donorship because of this. My friend said that this has happened to her also.

Besides, everyone knows its a glitch, and there are even videos to prove it, so don't worry.
