Inventory Tweaks

Hello!

I am here typing this right now to tell you about a mod called 'Inventory Tweaks'.
Most of you know what Inventory tweaks is, and if you don't, here's a quick little explanation.

Inventory Tweaks is a simple mod that organizes your inventory for you by simply pressing the 'R' button on your keyboard, (mainly this mod for OCD people). I kid, i kid..

And lately i've seen many people saying: "Inventory tweaks isn't allowed!"

Well, why not? To be honest, Inventory tweaks isn't even a hack. It's simply a mod that organizes your inventory for you. And in my opinion, i HATE having an un-organized inventory. I dunno about you.

So I'm here to request Inventory Tweaks to be added to the allowed mods list!

Just sort out your inventory then... It doesn't take that long to put a few items in one place so you know where they are. And yes, I'm pretty sure this is against the rules and do you use this mod by any chance? Seems to me like you use it yourself... Just curious.

The mod is not allowed most likely due to the fact that it hasn't been approved.
If a mod is not approved, it's automatically illegal and as a result you can be punished for using it.

Like XBL, you can just sort out your inventory. A million other users do it, and I'm sure you'll be able to adjust: it's preferable over getting banned after all.

No, like stated above it's not approved. If you were to talk to an admin or senior moderator perhaps they could make the mod approved.

I believe it's not allowed due to the feature where it replaces a broken item on your hotbar with a new one, if you have another of the broken item in your inventory. I used to love the mod, but I had to give it up for MCSG.

It would not be allowed, as spending time to organize your inventory is risky, as someone may speak up on you. Simply pressing R to organize it is unfair to others without this mod, as you don't need time to organize it.
Sure, you might say that you don't need to organize your inventory, but an organized inventory can be a very effective tool.

Same argument as BSM, that it is not open for every player, so it would give an unfair advantage to those who don't have the mod . I mean the short cut keys like Spacebar + click.

This mod would be awesome if it's allowed to be used; but as for now, this mod can't be used according to MCSG rules.

We'll first off, R is set to my sprint on 1.7, so I wouldn't poke to change it (unless you could change the button to sort your inventory)

Secondly as someone said above, sorting our inventory is a risky part of the game, so having some people simply pressing R to sort it, and others spending 1 minute + sorting their inventory is quite an advantage.
