That is a glitch and also the same thing with diamond swords

It happens with the sword that you held when you finished the previous game, it can be any sword.

One of the most annoying parts of this glitch is the actual population of the glitchers and how they defend their use of it. I've heard some people say that that a mod said that it's ok to use it until they find a sword, and others say that an iron donor said it's ok. Wut?

This is NOT an MCSG problem. Our developers can do NOTHING to fix this, understand?

Yet again...I've said this same sentence at least 6 times in the past 2 days .-. MCSG can't do anything about this. This is a minecraft related bug and is out of our control.

We understand your concern, but sadly nothing can be done at this point as far as I'm aware. We will just continue to do our best to keep control of the glitch by punishing those who abuse it; with necessary proof of course. Going to lock this thread now.
