Is 500% bright legal?

Hi everybody,today I'm asking a simply short question:Is 500% bright legal in MCSG?
I don't use it but I know that some people use it and I know it's useful.

That level of brightness ? If you have edited settings in minecraft or have a mod that does it for you then no it is not legal.

Hello,

using mods that gives you an advantage over others, such as being able to see in the dark while others can't (full bright) is not allowed.
