Does anyone else feel 'Addicted' to SG? I feel like I am, like sometimes I have something to do better than SG, but I play SG anyway. Thoughts?

There's no doubt, MCSG is a fun game, but I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm addicted to it. And by definition, I'm skeptical that you're addicted to it either. Unless the game is literally starting to play more of a role in your life then things like your family and school.
There's a difference between playing it because it's a lot of fun and a addiction: if you were addicted you would literally play it non-stop and be unable to give it up without potential side effects.
To be fair, there's lots of things that are probably better to do. It's just a fun little game and something nice to do in your free time.

I think it's addiction depending on what the important things are that you're talking about. If it's doing homework/going to school, then it's probably addiction. If it's hanging out with friends its not necessarily addiction, but just a good liking for the game.

Eh.

A lot of people claim things like 'Oh I'm addicted to this because it's distracting me from my schoolwork, that's my reason for having bad grades it's an addiction!'. Nah, they're just lazy.

Same with people who claim 'I stay up all night because of Insomnia'. Nope it's because you're a teenager who likes to play games. I can't believe how many people on the internet believe they have insomnia because they play minecraft all night, yet cry that they're tired all the time.

There's a fix to the first. Just make every day a 'nonzero' day. What I mean by that, is that everyday you commit atleast one thing to being successful in your dream goal (whether that be graduate, get good grades on that report card, or starting that diet). And never blame yourself for anything. Instead, thank yourself for doing things that help your future goal. Yesterday you did that project that you've been procrastinating on? Thank you me. And always forgive yourself... it's important, otherwise you'll go nuts and hate life.

I had an English controlled assessment which was worth 25% of my overall GCSE grade yet I still played 30 minutes minecraft - not because I'm addicted, but because it helps calm me down :) yes killing people calms me down
