I think I found a hacker on eu40.mcsg.in

He was invisible and you cant sponsor invisibilty potions anymore. So please report him

Also, in the future you should know that you must have video evidence to report a hacker (though this player was not, in fact, hacking).

Also want to point out that there is a bug that comes around ocassionally where one of the players in the deathmatch will be invisible to a certain person. It has happened to me many times, I think it might be some kind of client lag issue. But here I'm pretty sure it was the potion :3
