Ive been getting acused of 'gamma'

So recently ive been getting acused of something called gamma? Because of my videos. But the point is that i turn up my brightness on sony vegas so my viewers can see the game better? Should i stop doing this or what? Because some mods arnt to sharp and i will probably end up getting banned.
