Jumping glitch?

I'm not sure if this is a personal issue with my computer or if any other people have been experiencing this problem but here it is:

Sometimes when I jump off from a high cliff into a body of water or just jumping from a tree to the ground I get teleported in mid-air while taking a considerable amount of damage (about half), I'm just wounding if there are any other people who have experienced this problem.

I have this, mostly everyone does. It's NCP thinking you're hacking because you're moving so fast. Therefore teleporting you back up. I'm not sure why you take damage if you're jumping and haven't hit the ground yet.
