I suppose state my opinion on this.
To really think about this you need to look at it from both sides. Even though MANY Baccas are trolls and break the rules, not ALL of them do. "Never judge a book by the cover." I've seen several mature baccas, and simply targeting them for this would be bad (I believe there is (or should be) something in the rule pertaining to targeting players). Simply saying - "Oh, he has a Bacca skin, he's bad" is not correct. For those of us who have played minecraft for a while, you may remember the 1000's of honeydew skins that used to run about, and they still do. They have these skins to represent the youtuber, it doesn't instantly make them a fanboy.
Another thing to realize, is many Bajan fans don't even have forum accounts, they simply find the IPs and join a server. This means they have very little gauge of the community, and probably have'nt seen the rules. This being said, it's easy for them to disregard all rules and spam things like "HEY DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODS" or "IN BENJA WE TRUST, IN BACCA WE MUST." because they simply don't realize that that doesn't float here, they tend to assume that - MCSG Community = Bajan Fanbase, which is obviously not true, and we act differently.
That being said, you need to show some sympathy towards them, and nudge them in the right direction. If they spam in chat, try linking them to the rules (
http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/mcsg-updated-rules-version-2-0.12254/) or giving a verbal warning ("SuphaBacca2013, talking in all caps is against the rules.") If that doesn't work, I think that if they continue to swear and spam, they should be reported. Take a screenshot with f2 and post it to report abuse If the spamming is really bad (in both content and in amount) try getting a mod from teamspeak to get the point across more firmly.
Killing the baccas will only infuriate them more, try to rehabilitate them before you kill them.
You send a drug addict to rehab before jail.
