Past administration or moderation experiences:IF. I have experience in moderation/server administration minecraft. until recently and run a server/community of 600 people.

But that's not all, obviously already took almost 5 years in this servers to minecraft, e had Hamachi server, and server host of 400 slots.
I was in charge of the restraint of the people in the server and configuration/maintenance, so I believe I have all the necessary experience, I had to
deal with many hacks,trolls, etc.
With the course of these years and learned how to control the situation and find out what punishment to give to the person who broke the rules.
How would you punish players for breaking the rules?:
1.Warning
2.ban for a couple of hours.
3.Ban for a few days/weeks
Basically it would be that, a couple of bans, warnings, and if you fail to comply with the rules are applied to him a ban.
There are not many ways to answer this answer, because there are not many ways to punish a user without any a ban, or in another case that I'd like to have their score would be in MCSG.
So as i said anteriormete , first I would prefer to put a warning [IF THE CASE IS NOT END] and after the ban, because perhaps the ban was unfair and opened that first see well because to implement the ban on that user.
Why do you believe you are qualified to be a moderator?:I think that I am qualified to be moderator because i am fair with everyone, do not use my powers to help win to anyone.
I like to make friends and meet new people, try to keep everyone happy and comfortable with the server.
I am friendly and could help to all those who come to me with their problems.
I obey instructions and I will try to carry them out quickly and efficiently.
I am active and i like to participate in anything that can be and I'd like to take an important role in this community MCSG!
If i could accept veneficiar much to the servers, i am active most of the day,
I'm going to do the work that give me as quickly as possible.
I know all the rules, and read more than once, I have a lot of free time on my hands, so it might help a lot. And my way to work could help the team a lot of MCSG.
In what ways would your presence benefit our staff team?:It seems to me that this team is excellent.
It might be able to help with all the moderation of these servers, that are many to so few moderators, also something important to highlight would be my free time because it could be 20 hours of the 24 hours a day.
Also note that i am Argentine, and I speak spanish and could help the team taking care of the people who speak Spanish since with the translator of google not be able to make a post to ask for that you get a ban, so i may be assigned to this part of the community,
as well help the team of MCSG.
Do you have the ability to record video?:Yes, you could record videos, i use FRAPS and to edit Sony Vegas Pro 11, comprised with a good microphone of good quality, with which the people can hear me very well.
Do you own a microphone?:Yes, I have a good microphone.
How much time a week are you willing to donate to help moderate our forums and servers?:Of the 24 hours of the day might be 20 or 21.
Of the 7 days of the week could be the 7.
As I only have 7 hours of school in the morning and afternoon/evening i have free and nothing to do.
