So, there are us mcsg players and forumers at this time, playing, foruming, youtubing...I can imagine todays noobs becoming well known players ...looking back on us and saying things like MCSGv2 was the "golden days" and I wish we could play mcsg in 1.5.2...

The reason people miss the "old days", is because of the nostalgia feeling and they remember all their good memories from when they were a noob.
