Major lag on only these servers.

I've played on other MC servers with no problems, specifically MCPVP.com's. When I play on these servers, for like a half hour I'm fine but then my FPS goes to about 1/3. Any way I can fix this?

You can download Optifine, that helps a lot.

I have optifine... I get no lag in SP or on any other servers; it's not my computer that's the problem.

Im in the US and I only play on US servers
