Making a clan?

I have had the idea for a while now to make a clan called Pure [US/CA] Clan or something like that. I still havent decided the name for it. But the problem is, I dont know anything about making clans. I dont know how to make it official. I dont know how to do the thing where its like I, Purifyy, Accept the MCGamer rules blah blah blah, Anyways if any people WITH GOOD STATS AT LEAST 1/10 are interested in co and have experience say something on my page

You don't need to do anything to make it official. All you need to do is post a thread in the clan section and start challenging other clans to scrims and battles.
