MCSG Avatar glitch

whenever i try to change my avatar to my new one, it changes back to my old one. a little help?
Explanation: I replaced my old one with my new one. I restarted my computer because it got slow. When I came back, it was my old one. P.S. If my avatar is currently a pic of me with the saying "happy holidays," that is the avatar i want (the new avatar)

Also try changing your profile picture again before you send the email. If it still doesn't show, then send the email. Question answered thread locked.
