I don't know, I checked the other memes at the bottom for reference and thought that it was about some guy lost in the wilderness struggling to survive.

There was one about Bear Gryll finding a car with full gas and eating it. I concluded that the meme was about some guy having this really great opportunity but not using it correctly.
