MCSG NEEDS to make saying "eZ, gg 10, rekt" a bannable offence.

I know that the staff team said "saying eZ, gg 10'd, etc will not be bannable ever" but that is incredably unfair.

As the way I see it, is that saying "eZ, rekt, gg 10" etc is a loophole in the rules.

Overall, it is considered disrespectful in my eyes, and it pisses me off when people say things like that, just to make you feel like crap, and that is also a form of cyberbullying, which is a very serious thing, and do you really want to see the MCSG community to become like this?

Stuff like this is making lots of players leave the MCSG community, and it is rude, and goes against the rules, and is a form of cyberbullying, yet it is not bannable?

Lots of servers have made saying things like that bannable, and it has gone great, so why shouldn't MCSG do it?

The way I see it, is that if they made saying things like "eZ, rekt, l2p" bannable, it would be a great thing, players would play more often, the mature gamers on MCSG would love being able to play in peace without having to worry about people saying "eZ" anymore, and it would overall make the MCSG community stronger, so please, either make it bannable to do this, or at least filter it out, the same way swear words are filtered.

So I have made a petition to start making saying these slang bannable, hopefully it goes well

By the way, I don't think making petitions are allowed, after a certain individual (and later turned into group) tried to get a certain administrator who is certainly not Death855 demoted.

This is an ongoing issue, for sure. Administrators and Senior Moderators have said that its not against the rules, despite it being a form of somewhat tame cyberbullying. It's disrespectful, an obvious violation of rules. It's an indicator of potential harassment, which can be taken as a violation of the rules.

I have heard of a few staff members who punish this in some cases (ily Captain Dak) but IMO it shouldn't just be "some". Of course, there are scenarios in which it could be friendly such as between two friends, but overall it has a very negative impact on the community.

There have been multiple threads like this previously. Luckily, I can proudly say that this shows that people care. When people care and are willing to make a stand for something they find important, change can happen. The staff team is currently in discussion into what things like this will turn into punishment-wise but as of now, it will be not punishable.

However, let's take a look at the general lines of abuse. The ACTUAL words "gg10" "eZ" "rekt" etc are not bannable but people who use them in an abusive context will be punished.

For example, if someone says "GG10 eZ" after killing you, that's not bannable. It's extremely rude but not bannable. If someone persay were to say "lol gg10 ur eZ u suck uninstall the game you're worthless rekt noob" that would be under the line of punishment because it's straight up abusive.
