MCSG Optifine!!!!

Ok, so before leaving this thread, hear me out. There is a lot of MCSG players who undergo a decent amount of lag and horrible computers, or some that just want Optifine for the zoom. But here's the problem, Optifine is only out for Minecraft 1.6.4 and under so when some players down-grade to 1.6.4, they lose their Better Sprint (not mod) abilities. So, why can't the MCSG Mod's just let us all play on 1.6.4 with Optifine, and with Better Sprint Mod?

They won't allow it because Better Sprinting Mod is still a mod that modifies the game, 1.7.2 sprint is vanilla which comes with the game.

Edit: I still this its pointless, but its MCSG protocol.
