ive made 3 maps on the xbox if you know how to download maps plus it would be a nice chance to say am the best at minecraft pvp on xbox but I don't think its possible until minecraft on xbox gets proper servers and due to limited stuff I don't see it happing

Lol, my first post was kind of a joke, I play XBox as well and have some nice friends.

But seriously, MCSG would be kind of difficult to play on the XBox. Getting enough people to play, building a good enough map, and doing it without all the fancy plugins would be really hard.
