Mod/Staff of the month award

i think these servers should have a mod/staff of the month award, that would be pretty cool, and their name can be like a fancy blue color or something like that just for a month xD

This has been suggested before and will most likely not happen since it can lead to people fighting for the award. People will try to get the award instead of properly moderating the servers.

No, I don't think this would be a good idea. It would create far too much competition among the staff, who need to work as a team to do their job effectively. Additionally, choosing the member of staff who did the most work would be rather arbitrary, as there is no precise way to judge that, and the vast majority of the staff team does their job well.

Ultimately, it would do nothing but cause dissension and competition, without any overall positive effect.

ok, well i wouldn't of thought that most staff members would act like kids fighting over biscuits, but i see your point
