More servers = More moderators

So as I was thinking today, I saw that you added more servers. And by adding more server we will need more moderators to find and protect the servers from hackers right? Well I am sure there will be so many mods soon but are they going to be experienced? Are they going to do their job right?
It will always be a mystery :3

Quality > Quantity, which I think is what you were trying to say. As much as I agree we need more moderators, I'd rather add 5 new great moderators, than 20 new "meh" moderators, for example.

Quantity is totally overridden by quantity, because no matter how many new moderators we get, if they aren't quality, the job won't be done correctly, and we'll be back to square one.

Well they did change the age limit to 15 now which will mean less people able to apply but hopefully more mature and helpful people can.

If there was a way I could actually contact an admin or community manager about my demotion appeal, then maybe I could get reinstated! I play a lot on the lower servers (us40-76) so I'd be very useful.

Captain, I know what you're trying to say, and I know your intentions are well, but this really isn't the place to be asking this. Email, or poke one of these Admins/Community managers on TeamSpeak. This thread is about adding more moderators, rather than asking for yourself to be reinstated, because you could help a lot. You dont really know you could be "extremely helpful". While I'm sure you could, it comes off really cocky

More players equals more moderators, not more servers equal more moderators. So there is no sudden need for more moderators just yet. and no, when we do need new moderators they will probably not be experienced unless they were a moderator before on some other server. You can't really expect great quality from somebody who is new with something.

Yeah it's up to 15 now, although people who applied before they changed the rules I think still have a chance

I understand. I just don't want to bother them on TS and make them angry at me. I've tried pming but got no response. I really don't know how to approach this right... Didn't mean to come off cocky either.

Lower, as in a lower placed server. If you said that someone placed high in a contest, it would mean closer to first, not 76th.

Oh, I see, I guess they do have a point, even though I am 14, and I think I am mature enough to become a moderator, but who am I to argue against the rules.
