Hello! It seems that you have posted this information within the wrong section of the forums, and it would easily seem that you are reporting an individual for certain abuses. To make a successful report, I would recommend going to the "Report abuse" section, which is easily found here

Also, please remember to follow the conveniently provided for you template for ease of investigation, which is found here
Just to add, if you want a staff member to pursue and observe an individual to whom you suspect is hacking, you can always poke a moderator on Teamspeak if they are available.

In the meantime, I will request a lock for the following reasons:

• It is a supposed report of a suspect
• Posted within the wrong part of the forums
