Welcome! Since you joined just yesterday, I suggest playing solo just for a bit to get a feel for the maps and controls, then you could start asking people to team. Getting Skype and TS are great because you'll meet a lot of friends on them
Then once you get enough wins you could join a clan, great for teaming!
