My OPINION on the MCSG Senior Staff

Ok MCSG senior staff, I know almost all of you (or at least were) are my friends but, in my honest OPINION, you are going way to far and you are killing off the community we all love by yourselves. I'm going to keep this short because it will probably be deleted/moved anyway though I swear criticism was never against the rules but, oh well...

OK, first thing I'm going to mention (quite obviously) is the drama about the hive! Notice how I said drama about the hive and not with! They are not causing the drama, from what I see, they are little to none of MCSG concern anymore and yet you guys are still going on about it and complain when someone joins there. This, again in my opinion, needs to stop and you guys have to wise up. Ignore the hive completely and focus on MCSG, the community you are supposed to be protecting.

Secondly, from what I see/hear, the way you guys act towards the general players and staff is just appalling. People are beginning to hate you and I know that because I know a lot of people in this community and they are seriously annoyed! This hive isn't stealing anyone away from you guys, you are basically throwing people there because they no longer want to be a part of a community that they are no longer respected on and to be completely honest, I feel the same way. Nobody is aloud a word in apart from the Senior Staff who are running a democracy which is just ruining MCSG.

I also wanted to state why I was made to wait weeks for no reply on my mod application. Two members of staff (If you know me, you probably know who) didn't want me back because I caused "trouble"... Now is this completely true? No! I went up against them yes but I honest believe that I did no cause trouble. In matter of fact, I was just informing people of why I stepped down from Senior Mod and because this involved them, they were pissed off about this and I got sworn at and shouted at by one of them for spreading "bullshit". Now my reasoning for stepping down was because all my Senior Mod duties were taken from me and I didn't feel as if I was respected in the community anymore. It was all true though apparently, the senior staff member that said they were dealing with everything was "joking" when they said that, I was also criticized for not getting this joke with another "joke" about pressing a buzzer (or something, can't quite remember) when ever they told a joke. I was not the only person who thought they were being seriously, almost all of us, to this day would agree that they were serious and it wasn't just a "joke" (I just cleared that up to back up some of my other points)

OK, there I really not much point of me continuing this much further but I request one of the senior staff RESPOND PUBLICLY and tell me I'm wrong if you are thinking of moving this thread and I want them to do it publicly this time and see if the community agrees that you are in the right and that what I speak is false. Trust me, there is nothing I would love more right now than to be proven wrong about and of this... If you are not willing to do this then you had better speak to me on the TeamSpeak with a good reason why! You probably don't want to me to post the rest of the things I hear about from admins, senior mods (the few good ones), mods and, most importantly, your players!

Firstly the application took so long because we have been busy dealing with a lack of Sr.Staff who were able to work on specific things. I'm sure you can understand there are things I can't say on a public forum. But what I can say is that Sr.Mods need to get in touch with an Admin to check who can be given an interview, and at the moment I am the only active admin. This in turn puts stress on my part as I have a lot of work to do, both on and off line. We have also been waiting for Chad to get online as he has also been having problems IRL. With all this, anything that causes a problem gets a very quick sharp shock. This means anyone causing problems gets dealt with quickly and harshly.

As for 'Drama with' you obviously don't know what your talking about or have a swayed opinion. I can't say everything about what has been happening but the Heads of staff over at the Hive have been causing problems, as well as some of the staff.
But the main problem we have with the Hive is that the 'Creator' has taken a lot of information that he should not have done, and used it to try and create something that they intend to use 'to take us out'. Again there is stuff I can't say as it is between the owners.

As for throwing people at the 'Hive' we are doing no such thing we want to keep as many people here as we can. And we also have no problem with people going over there as well. Sr.Staff can't be at both as we need a lot of time from them, but all others can be.
Players are aloud to be at both, the only thing we ask of them, and so will punish them for if they do it is advertising the 'Hive' servers. This is no biased change for the 'Hive' as we have always done this for advertising.

As for your reasons for leaving your Sr.Staff position, I told you that I would deal with the problems you were having and instead of giving me a chance to do this, you left and started to cause problems. As an ex-staff member you know full well that what you were doing was wrong. You have been very lucky not to be perm-banned for your behavior. As I have said previously, your application took so long to be gotten to because all the staff have been busy and it required me to look at it.

Now as a final part, the post was moved so that I could write my piece on it without a mass of other messages.
And so I have one thing to say to you directly. This is the last time you will be getting to stir trouble in this community. If you write another one of these posts without bringing your problems to me or another admin first, it will be seen as attacking the staff verbally and you will perm-banned from the forums and games.
