Name Tag Colors

I know the donor colors (iron,gold,diamond) but I've also seen people with red and purple colored name tags around. I'm just wondering whether these colors indicate a moderator or just bling for people high up on leaderboards

Dark red: senior mod or admin (I think)
Purple: VIP
